No iPhone in my hot little hands yet, but I'm starting to love almost everyting about it. I came upon an article on the website Time.com about the 7 most popular iPhone Applications for New Moms.

I'm not a mother, yet, but these applications would keep ME entertained for hours!
1) QuadCamera-->The QuadCamera works with the application, BabyCam to take your kid's picture. The BabyCam has a sound button, consisting of bells, drums, doorbells, and songs (Mary Had a Little Lamb) and it helps to get your kids to smile for the camera. The other tricky part of taking a child's picture is for them to KEEP STILL! The QuadCamera takes 4-8 continuous pictures and them turns them into one image. Cost of Baby Cam=$.99. 2) Scribble-->Keep toddlers (or ME) busy by letting them "finger paint" your screen. Shaking the phone will erase the image, like at Etch-A-Sketch. Cost=Free.
3) Nursing Tracker-->designed to make breastfeeding a little more organized. The tracker will log in what your baby was last nursed, on which side, and for how long. A stop watch function will keep track of up to 6 babies (sorry Octomom!). Cost=$7.99
4) Lose It!-->To help you set a weight loss goal and to establish a daily calorie budget. Cost=FREE
5) Big Oven-->Search the World Wide Web for over 170,000 recipes to help keep up with your weight loss. Cost=FREE
6) Asleep Kids-->This application comes with a timer and a selection of 15 lullabies to play during naptime. Cost=$.99
7) Toddler Cards-->basically, digital flash cards. There are pictures of animals, foods, shapes, and colors. This application can also help teach your child another language (turtle is la tortuga in Spanish!) Cost=$.99
